- joint camp at Coopernook Forest camping ground 

Preparation

• make leaders aware if you are coming or not 
• all youth will be self-catering, we encourage all youth to make up a menu for themselves 

Clothing & Equipment

• a packing list will be sent out to all participants 

Travel Arrangements

• all Scouts and Ventures will find their own mode of transport to campsite
